The following information details our cancellation, return, damaged item and back ordered policies. If you haven’t found an answer to your question(s), please contact us Toll Free at 1 (844) 307-3944. We would love to hear from you and will reply as soon as reasonably possible.
FREE shipping is available for all orders over $75, excluding taxes.
Your shipping costs vary depending upon the destination, quantity and/or weight of your order. Actual Canada Post shipping rates are programmed into our site and your fees will be shown to you at the time of checkout.
All changes or cancellations must be made prior to checkout. The order is no longer editable once it has begun processing or has been shipped.
Back Ordered Items
Foster Naturals does not process back-order items. If any products are not available at the time of your shipment we will ship what is available and invite you to re-order out of stock items in the future.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your item’s tracking number with Canada Post. If you are concerned that your order is taking longer than the expected delivery date, please contact us at hello@fosternaturals or Toll Free at 1 (844) 307-3944.
Shipping is solely fulfilled by Canada Post and delivery times will vary depending upon the distance travelled.
Shipping to Canada
Orders shipped to Western Canada will take anywhere from 2 – 10 business days, Central Canada will take from 3 – 10 business days and orders in Eastern Canada will arrive in approximately 4 – 5 business days. Important: These time lines are calculated from when our order leaves the warehouse, not from the time your order is placed.
Shipping to the US
Dependent on your location in the US, your order can take anywhere from 5 – 20 business days. These time lines are from the time that the order leaves our warehouse, not from the time that the order is placed.
Always check your invoice first. An item may be missing if it is out of stock and your invoice will reflect this information.

If damage is incurred to your items during shipping please contact us and we will be happy to assist you and provide a suitable solution. This does not include damage incurred by the products left in extreme temperatures.
We will provide a full refund should you be unhappy with your product. Simply return the full item within 14 days of purchase, with your receipt. We are not responsible for shipping costs at this time.
